L&T Realty Crescent Bay adjudged as the “High Rise Project of the Year”

Mumbai, 15th December 2023: It’s our pleasure to share with you all that Crescent Bay, Mumbai has been adjudged as the “High Rise Project of the Year” at the CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillar Awards at JIO World Convention Center., Mumbai. CREDAI-MCHI Golden Pillar Awards aims to honour exceptional individuals and organization for their contribution to the real estate sector and is the largest and most coveted recognition.

The evaluation process for the Golden Pillar Awards was handled by Ernst and Young and the jury panel consisted of industry experts. Each nomination was judged on a pre-defined criteria of design, technical, excellence and key project features.
